Capital & Regional has announced shareholder approval for its merger with NewRiver REIT, with over 99% backing the cash and share offer. The merger, set to be finalized under a scheme of arrangement, will combine the strengths of both companies, enhancing their market position. The merger is expected to be completed by December 2024, pending final court approval.
