Capital & Regional plc has announced the completion of a share award grant to director Stuart Wetherly, consisting of 596,604 ordinary shares at £0.10 each under the 2023 Bonus Award of the Combined Incentive Plan. These shares will vest over three years and are contingent on meeting specific Total Shareholder Return performance conditions, with provisions for malus and clawback.
