Capital & Regional plc has announced a further extension to the deadline for NewRiver REIT plc to declare its intentions regarding a potential cash and share offer for the company. Initially set for 20 June 2024, the deadline has now been moved to 15 August 2024, as discussions between the two companies continue. Shareholders are reminded that there is no certainty of a firm offer being made or the terms it would include.
