Capital Realm Financial Holdings Group Limited has announced a new share placement deal on October 2, 2024, involving up to 172,940,000 shares at HK$0.360 per share, representing about 20% of its current issued capital. The deal, which is contingent on approval from the Stock Exchange, aims to raise approximately HK$60.4 million for investment opportunities, repayment of borrowings, and general working capital. The shares will be placed by Pinestone Securities Limited and Ruisen Port Securities Limited to at least six professional investors.
