Capital Power Corporation is set to redeem all its outstanding 5.75% Cumulative Minimum Rate Reset Preference Shares, Series 11, at $25 per share on June 30, 2024, totaling $150 million, with the final payment scheduled for July 2, 2024. This follows the announcement of the last quarterly dividend on these shares, payable on June 28, 2024. Shareholders of record by June 17, 2024, will receive the last dividend, marking the end of the Series 11 Shares.
