Capital Metals plc has corrected a previous announcement regarding the shareholding of Non-Executive Director James Leahy, clarifying that he now owns 538,333 ordinary shares, which represents 0.16% of the company’s issued share capital. This correction follows a recent transaction where Mr. Leahy purchased 350,000 shares. Capital Metals is focused on developing the high-grade Eastern Minerals Project in Sri Lanka, expected to bring significant economic benefits and over 300 new jobs to the local community.
