Capital Industrial Financial Services Group Limited announces a special general meeting to be held on 25 October 2024, where it will seek approval for a Renewed Master Facilities Agreement to provide facilities up to RMB2 billion to Shougang Group and its subsidiaries, and to ratify a Technology License Agreement for the use of financial technology. The agreements aim to strengthen the financial services and technology collaboration between the companies.
