Capital Environment Holdings Limited has announced a reshuffle in its company secretariat, with Mr. Liu Yanjun stepping down and Ms. Yu Hong being appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary alongside Ms. Lin Sio Ngo, effective December 2, 2024. While Ms. Yu lacks some qualifications required by the listing rules, she is backed by her extensive experience within the company, and Ms. Lin will support her for three years under a waiver granted by the Stock Exchange.
