Through a capital injection agreement dated August 20, 2024, the company’s subsidiary Shenzhen Qianhai and Capital Eco Group will proportionally boost the subsidiary’s registered capital to RMB100 million. This move is expected to strengthen Capital Environmental Sanitation’s future development without requiring independent shareholder approval, as the transaction falls within the required reporting thresholds.
