Capital Bancorp, Inc. has appointed Dominic Canuso as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 15, 2024. Canuso, with a strong background including key roles at WSFS Financial Corporation and Barclays Bank, brings a wealth of experience to the table, having significantly contributed to the growth and technological advancement of his previous institutions. Under the terms of his employment agreement, Canuso will enjoy a base salary of $400,000, with potential for additional incentive compensation, stock options, and a sign-on bonus, along with standard executive benefits and severance provisions. His predecessor, Jay Walker, will step down but continue as EVP and Deputy CFO until his resignation.
