Capita plc, a leading modern outsourcer, has announced the appointment of Jack Clarke, the current CFO of Essentra plc, as their new Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Clarke, who is set to retire from Essentra in March 2025, has a wealth of experience in financial roles, including previous positions as CFO of Marshall’s plc and AMEC (E&I). He will be taking over the responsibilities from Brian McArthur-Muscroft but McArthur-Muscroft will continue to serve as an Independent Non-Executive Director.
