Capita plc has announced an update to its total voting rights, revealing a capital structure of 1,701,273,523 ordinary shares with equal voting rights and none held in Treasury as of September 30, 2024. This figure also includes shares held by the Capita Employee Benefit Trust that are excluded from the EPS calculation. Shareholders may use this number as a reference for disclosing changes in their interest in the company, as per the FCA’s rules.
