Capita plc has announced a change to its total voting rights, with the capital consisting of 1,701,273,523 ordinary shares as of August 31, 2024, each carrying one vote. The company confirms it holds no shares in Treasury, setting the total number of voting rights in the firm at the same number. Additionally, 11,131,637 shares are held by the Capita Employee Benefit Trust and are not considered in the earnings per share calculation.
