Capita plc has announced the grant of a restricted share award (RSA) to Chief Financial Officer Pablo Andres, which is set to vest in May 2027 based on continued employment and satisfying performance conditions, including positive total shareholder return and no significant reputational damage due to environmental, social, or governance issues. The RSA grant of over 1.2 million ordinary shares was awarded at no cost to Andres and is subject to the approval of the company’s Remuneration Committee.
