Capita plc has appointed Daniel Wosner, managing director and head of Europe at major shareholder Oasis Management, as a non-executive director with effect from its annual general meeting. The board highlighted his investment and capital markets expertise, as well as his alignment with Capita’s Better Capita strategy focused on simplifying the business, boosting efficiency and integrating AI and technology.

Following Wosner’s appointment, Capita said its board remains compliant with the UK Corporate Governance Code, with a majority of independent directors and no committee role for the new appointee.
