Capinfo Co., Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on September 12, 2024, in Beijing to approve the Capinfo Cloud Framework Agreement and revised annual caps for the BSAM Framework Agreement. Shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies to vote on their behalf at the EGM. All voting at the EGM will be conducted by poll, and the results will be announced as per the listing rules.
