Capella Minerals Partners with Teako on Norway Project

Capella Minerals (TSE:CMIL) has released an update.

Capella Minerals Ltd has entered a strategic partnership with Teako Minerals Corp, granting Teako a 90% stake in Capella’s Løkken Cu-Co-Zn project in Norway. In return, Capella will receive cash, common shares in Teako, and a 10% carried interest through to commercial production. The deal includes commitments for drilling and advancing exploration targets, positioning Capella to benefit from both the project’s advancement and Teako’s broader exploration success.
