Capella Minerals Ltd has agreed to sell its 45.31% stake in the Sierra Blanca gold-silver project to Unico Silver Ltd for 5 million Unico shares. The deal is part of Capella’s strategy to divest non-core assets in the Americas and focus on its exploration projects in Scandinavia. The closing of the sale is contingent upon regulatory and shareholder approvals, as well as the settlement of an underlying NSR on the Sierra Blanca project.
