Capcom Co., Ltd. has announced changes to its board and senior management, including the appointment of Toyoshige Hanaoka, currently deputy head of the R&D Management Division, as a new director serving as an Audit and Supervisory Committee member, replacing resigning committee member Kazushi Hirao. In parallel, Managing Corporate Officer Motohide Imaizumi will move from heading the Arcade Operations Business Division to leading the Entertainment Experience Business Division, and newly appointed Corporate Officer Tetsuya Tabuchi will take charge of the E-Contents Business Division, signaling a stronger managerial focus on digital and experiential entertainment segments.
