CapAllianz Holdings Limited has entered into a supplemental agreement with GPT Desk Pte. Ltd. due to the latter’s failure to meet payment obligations, resulting in outstanding fees of USD$2,623,936. The new agreement stipulates that CapAllianz will continue maintenance services but halt new developments until payments are made, and will receive a monthly service fee of S$15,000, while retaining the right to pursue legal remedies for fee recovery.
