Mr. Songtao Jia has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board and the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Audit Committees. Mr. Ong Boon Yeow will serve as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Zhang Zihao joins as a member of the Nominating, Audit, and Remuneration Committees, while Ms. Lim Hwee Yong Nana becomes the Chairman of the Audit Committee. These appointments aim to strengthen the company’s governance structure and enhance its strategic direction.
