Cantex Mine Development Corp. successfully completed a private placement, raising $1,450,000 through the issue of over 12 million shares, including a significant investment from strategic partner Crescat Capital LLC. The funds will bolster drilling operations at the North Rackla project in the Yukon and support general company activities.
