Canterra Minerals Launches Private Placement

Canterra Minerals (TSE:CTM) has released an update.

Canterra Minerals Corporation is set to raise C$1,250,000 through a non-brokered private placement at C$0.06 per unit, without a hold period for Canadian investors (excluding Quebec). The proceeds will fund general capital and potential property payments, with the offering closure expected by June 5, 2024, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
