Canterra Minerals Launches Capital Raise

Canterra Minerals (TSE:CTM) has released an update.

Canterra Minerals Corporation has initiated a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise C$1,250,000. The offering will include units priced at C$0.06, with each unit comprising one common share and a half warrant, allowing the purchase of an additional share at C$0.09 within two years. The funds raised will be allocated for general working capital and potential property payments, with the expected closing date around June 5, 2024.
