Canterra Minerals Divests Diamond Project for $1.13M

Canterra Minerals (TSE:CTM) has released an update.

Canterra Minerals has struck a deal to sell its Buffalo Hills Diamond Project to Star Diamond Corporation for $1.13 million in shares and a royalty interest. The transaction allows Canterra to sharpen its focus on its central Newfoundland copper and gold exploration projects. Canterra, while divesting from the non-core asset, retains investment interest in the project through equity participation in Star Diamond.
