Canterbury Resources Kickstarts Bismarck Drilling

Canterbury Resources Ltd. (AU:CBY) has released an update.

Canterbury Resources Limited has launched a drilling program at the Bismarck Project on Manus Island, Papua New Guinea, to explore high-priority copper-gold targets. Funded by Rio Tinto under a Joint Venture agreement, the program anticipates drilling over 2,000 meters across eight holes, with potential expansion upon successful results. As the operator of the drill program, Canterbury is managing the extensive preparations including environmental studies and infrastructure improvements while receiving management fees.
