Canterbury Resources Ltd. has announced a change in director Grant Craighead’s interests, reporting both an acquisition of 97,000 shares and the disposal of 300,000 options. The transactions included an on-market purchase of shares and the expiry of unquoted options. Following these changes, Craighead now directly holds 1,914,347 shares and indirectly holds 9,999,699 shares and 400,000 CBYAQ Options.
