Canopy Growth Corporation is set to complete its acquisition of Acreage Holdings, which will make Canopy USA the full owner of Acreage’s shares, on or around December 9, 2024. This acquisition will occur under certain conditions and is part of a strategic plan involving different classes of voting shares. Shareholders are advised to follow instructions for processing their shares as the acquisition nears completion.
