Cannabotech, a company whose securities are listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, announced that Sarel Chen Tov has resigned from his role as a Regular Director, effective February 10, 2025. The resignation is not associated with any circumstances that need to be reported to the holders of the corporation’s securities, and there will still be a majority of independent directors on the board after his departure.
