Cann Group’s New Shareholder Entitlement Offer

Cann Group Ltd. (AU:CAN) has released an update.

Cann Group Limited has announced an entitlement offer for eligible shareholders, allowing them to purchase additional shares at a discounted rate, along with options for every new share subscribed. The Australian and New Zealand shareholders can access the offer through the company’s website and must read the Prospectus before participating. The offer, detailed in a Prospectus sent to eligible shareholders, will close on the 24th of October, 2024.
