Cann Group Ltd. announces a non-renounceable entitlement issue offering approximately 156 million new shares at 4 cents each to raise about $6.25 million. Shareholders have the chance to receive one new share for every three they hold, plus additional options. The funding effort, which includes a Lead Manager Offer of 7 million new options, is set to close on 24 October 2024 and is not underwritten.
