Cann Group’s Fresh Securities Issue to Attract Investors

Cann Group Ltd. (AU:CAN) has released an update.

Cann Group Limited has announced a new proposed issue of securities, including over 52 million unlisted options and more than 156 million ordinary fully paid shares, with an offer period closing on October 24, 2024. The options come with an exercise price of $0.08 and are valid for 24 months from the issue date, aiming to attract investors with an interest in expanding their portfolio in the cannabis industry.
