CaNickel Mining Limited, a Canadian junior mining company, has announced a change of auditor, with Baker Tilly WM LLP stepping in following the resignation of Smythe LLP. The switch, effective as of September 5, 2024, comes ahead of the company’s next Annual General Meeting and has been reported without any reservations or reportable events. CaNickel, known for its Bucko Lake Mine in Manitoba, remains on care and maintenance since low nickel prices halted production in 2012.
