Canggang Railway Limited has announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions at their Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2024. Shareholders unanimously approved the audited financial statements, director elections, and a final dividend of RMB0.6 cents per share for the year. Additionally, mandates for share issuance and buy-backs were also approved, alongside the adoption of new articles of association.
