CanAsia Energy Corp. has re-elected four directors and welcomed Chris Newton as a new director during their annual shareholders meeting. Additionally, the company granted new director Chris Newton options to purchase 700,000 common shares, contributing to the 9,775,000 options now outstanding. CanAsia, a Calgary-based oil and gas operator, continues to engage in Western Canadian operations.
