Canary Gold Corp. has announced a binding letter of intent to acquire ten additional mineral tenements, totaling approximately 94,700 hectares, in Rondônia, Brazil, from Talisman Venture Partners Ltd. This acquisition will significantly expand Canary Gold’s land position within the Madeira River Project, enhancing its exploration footprint in a highly prospective gold region. The transaction involves a combination of cash and shares, and Talisman will retain a 1.0% Net Smelter Return royalty on the properties. The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions, including CSE approval and due diligence.
