CANAL+ has announced a restructuring of its Management Board to enhance its global operations and synergies across its 52-country footprint. The changes include Jacques du Puy taking charge of a new Global PayTV division, Amandine Ferré overseeing all financial functions, and Anna Marsh being appointed Chief Content Officer. This reorganization aims to leverage CANAL+’s global reach and expertise, potentially strengthening its market position and operational efficiency.

The group has 26.9 million subscribers worldwide, over 400 million monthly active users on its OTT and video streaming platforms, and a total of more than 9,000 employees.
