Canal+ ( (GB:CAN) ) has shared an announcement.

Canal+ has strengthened its top management structure by appointing David Mignot, CEO of Canal+ Africa and CEO of MultiChoice, and Christophe Pinard-Legry, CEO of Europe and France in charge of business, to its Management Board with effect from 16 April 2026, chaired by Maxime Saada. Gérald-Brice Viret, CEO of Canal+ France in charge of programmes and channels, will serve as a permanent invitee, a move that consolidates leadership around key regional and content operations following the integration of MultiChoice and reinforces governance across its European and African markets.
