Canadian Goldfields Discovery Corp. has appointed veteran mining engineer Chris Kinver, currently Vice President of Projects and Engineering at K92 Mining, to its board of directors, adding deep operational and project-development expertise. The company has also created an Advisory Board, naming experienced executive James Burns, environmental specialist Mike Hofer and geologist and former mining analyst Dr. Mick Carew, broadening its leadership across finance, ESG and technical disciplines.
Following its acquisition of the Miminiska Gold Project and recent equity financing, Canadian Goldfields is strengthening governance and technical capacity ahead of a fully funded 2026 exploration program in Ontario.
