The dividends are a part of a consistent distribution policy, which has resulted in Class A shareholders receiving a total of $22.38 per share and Preferred shareholders $10.57 per share to date. The Company’s portfolio consists of investments in six major Canadian banks and employs a covered call writing strategy to boost returns.
