Canada Rare Earth Shifts Fiscal Year-End, Launches Incentive Plan

Canada Rare Earth (TSE:LL) has released an update.

Canada Rare Earth Corp. has adjusted its fiscal year-end from March 31 to June 30 to align with the company’s global business growth and will file its fifteen-month financial statements by October 28, 2024. The company also introduced a Share Unit Plan, approved by shareholders, to incentivize and retain top talent, limiting the number of shares issued under this plan to 21,158,770. These changes are intended to support the company’s expanding rare earth minerals and products business.
