Canada Nickel Advances Zero-Carbon Metal Facilities

Canada Nickel Company Inc (TSE:CNC) has released an update.

NetZero Metals Inc., a subsidiary of Canada Nickel Company, is progressing with its ambitions to revolutionize the North American critical minerals supply chain through the development of two new processing facilities aimed at net zero carbon nickel and stainless steel production. The company has awarded key engineering contracts to SMS group, Metso, and Ausenco for the design and feasibility studies of these facilities located in Timmins, Ontario, with studies expected to be completed by year-end. These advancements are poised to position Canada at the forefront of environmentally responsible production for the growing electric vehicle industry.
