Canada Carbon has partnered with Alternative Resource Capital for corporate-finance advisory and equity research services. The deal includes payment terms involving both cash and shares, with an annual fee of £50,000 partly in common shares of the company. This agreement is aimed at enhancing Canada Carbon’s financial strategies and market presence, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
