Canada Carbon Inc. has successfully completed a private placement, raising $450,000 through the sale of 7,500,000 flow-through units and an additional $50,000 from 833,333 non-flow-through units. The funds raised from the flow-through offering will be allocated for eligible expenditures while the non-flow-through proceeds are earmarked for general corporate purposes. The company also paid finders’ fees totaling $36,000 and issued 600,000 finder’s warrants as part of the transaction.
