Canada Carbon Inc. has announced a private placement aiming to raise $150,000 by offering 7,500,000 units at $0.02 each, including a share and a purchase warrant. The warrants allow buying additional shares at $0.06 for 60 months post-issuance, with funds raised earmarked for corporate and working capital. The offering is contingent on regulatory approvals, including the green light from the TSX Venture Exchange.
