Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. has announced its new board of director nominees for the upcoming Annual General Meeting, while also revealing that the current Chairman David Kassie will step down but be named Chairman Emeritus. Directors Jo-Anne O’Connor, Rod Phillips, and Amy Freedman will not seek re-election, with CEO Dan Daviau set to take on the additional role of Chairman to ensure unified leadership and effective governance.
