At the recent Extraordinary General Meeting held by Camsing Healthcare Limited, Executive Director and CEO Mr. Yeo Choon Tat chaired the proceedings, with several key directors absent due to urgent commitments. The quorum was met, and the Meeting was called to order, where the Company’s shareholders were welcomed, and no questions from shareholders had been received by the cut-off date. The Company ensured all statutory requirements for the Meeting were fulfilled, including the sharing of information on proposed resolutions with shareholders.
