Camino Minerals Corporation has announced a joint venture with Nittetsu Mining Co., Ltd. to acquire the Puquios Copper Project in Chile, which is construction-ready and offers potential for copper production and resource expansion. The company plans to raise up to $2 million through a private placement for working capital, in which the project’s current owners, advised by Denham Capital, will participate. This strategic move is aimed at bolstering Camino’s position as a consolidator in the copper sector, with the vision of driving value through acquisitions and exploration.
