Camino Minerals Advances on $1.5M Investment

Camino Minerals (TSE:COR) has released an update.

Camino Minerals Corporation has announced the receipt of a CAD$1.5 million payment from Nittetsu Mining for the advancement of the Los Chapitos Copper Project in Peru. This investment marks Nittetsu’s third option payment, contributing to their goal of a 35% interest in the project with a total investment of CAD$10 million over three years. The project, which is surrounded by major mining companies, is currently focusing on identifying new drilling targets for green oxide copper mantos and potential large sulphide copper deposits.
