Camino Corp Expands Copper Claims in Peru

Camino Minerals (TSE:COR) has released an update.

Camino Corp has expanded its Los Chapitos copper project in Peru by securing an additional 1,700 hectares through a land auction, where they faced competition from industry giant Rio Tinto, who also acquired new claims. This acquisition, the second in less than a year, increases Camino’s total area to 22,571 hectares, encompassing territory between two major regional faults and extending the reach of the La Estancia fault structure.
